Welcome to Central Florida Ketos! Building friendship and community one meet up at a time

Central Florida Ketos is a community group that was created by Nancy Tanner. Nancy and I organize and host two meet-ups a year, one in the Spring and the second in the Fall. 

We host the meet-ups as a way to connect with others who also follow a proper human diet, of which Keto falls. We also want to provide opportunities to build and form friendships.
