Hello, I am Sarah Joy. I am no stranger to diets and dieting. I have been dieting most of my adult life. At my heaviest, I was over 300 pounds, however my highest recorded weight was 295 pounds. I have seen this highest weight a couple of times in my adult life. I have tried Weight Watchers in the past, but I was never successful on it. I have done Atkins previously and was moderately successful and lost 50 pounds while on it. I also tried Trim Healthy Mama . Before keto, I was most successful on this plan. I lost 75 pounds, but only on the low-carb portion of this plan. I started on a Keto / Proper Human Lifestyle on July 5, 2022.
I have been married to my wonderful husband since 1998. We have two adult daughters. Thanks to my husband's Naval career we were provided the opportunity to live all over the country.

My husband and I share our lives with our two amazing dogs. Piper is our 6-year-old Great Pyrenees and Ghost is our Australian Shepherd puppy.
Living a Keto/Carnivore lifestyle has allowed me to reverse my type 2 diabetes and improve my metabolic health. Before this lifestyle, I was on several medications.
